1. Acceptance of Terms & Name Transition

By utilizing Vibyte LLC services, you confirm acceptance of this Agreement. Please note: Vibyte LLC is our new official name, transitioning from our previous entity name, Vibyte Hosting LLC. This document specializes in US Company Formation and digital infrastructure. Governed by the laws of Wyoming.

2. Provision of Services

Vibyte LLC agrees to deliver US LLC Company Formation, Dedicated IP Address Services, and Web Hosting solutions. We maintain the integrity of our infrastructure while the Client must provide accurate info for state filings.

3. Term, Termination & Force Majeure

This Agreement commences on the Effective Date and continues until terminated by either party with 30 days written notice. Neither party is liable for breaches caused by Force Majeure.

4. Financial Terms & Late Penalties

Fees are based on the website's current pricing. Payments are made on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis. Late payments incur an 8% monthly penalty on outstanding balances.

5. Limitation of Liability & No Agency

Our liability is strictly limited to the Fees paid by the Client. Additional services, state fees, and digital resources are strictly non-refundable once processed.

GDPR Compliance & Transparency

Vibyte LLC is committed to GDPR compliance. We collect and process data with full transparency, ensuring no third-party sharing without consent, except for required state filings.

Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

We maintain strict confidentiality of all proprietary Client data. Both parties agree to a mutual NDA for sensitive information exchanged during the service term.

Data Transmission & Processing (DPA)

We process data only as instructed by the Client. We implement security measures to prevent data loss and notify clients immediately of any breaches.

Strictly Prohibited Activities

Vibyte LLC reserves the right to terminate services immediately in the event of a material breach of these policies.
